Bitfinex has announced support for Verge Currency (XVG) and Stellar Lumens (XLM) and the trading already started at 1130 UTC. You can trade Verge against BTC, ETH, USD, GBP, EURO & JPY. Margin trading and P2P funding will be enabled soon too. Verge is a popular decentralized crypto currency that is made with privacy in mind. It is said to be extremely fast, private and anonymous.

TenX developer team has added support for Litecoin on both iOS and Android versions of TenX wallet. The team has already done some live testing of it.
