ColdCard Hardware wallets no longer safe
ColdCard MK3 hardware wallets are no longer safe. If you have bitcoin residing under a single key that was generated on a Coldcard Mk3 between 2021-2023, and you did not incorporate dice rolls, passphrase or multi-signature, move funds immediately to a different crypto wallet.

While this is confirmed for the MK3 hardware wallet, there are some reports that MK2 and MK4 might also be affected. if you have coins living under a single key generated by a Coinkite (Coldcard, Q) device with no passphrase, no dice rolls that you bought during or after 2021, I would move funds immediately.
This does not affect multi sig wallets. We think a lot of damage has already been done with more than 500 BTC already stolen.
More than 500 BTC, gone due to ColdCard vulnerability https://t.co/iXGmhVacfehttps://t.co/sXQqQTRdmk

ColdCard X says MK4 folks are safe but there are multiple reports of stolen funds from those hardware wallets as well.
Mark 4 is affected. Apologies for not being able to add proof but it's accurate. People need to move funds if in the following situation:https://t.co/Q0Hdfd4fR9

You can move funds to a safer wallet like Coinomi, Trust wallet, Coinbase wallet and so on, for the time being. They are all software based and have a pretty good track record.
