A new crypto currency by the name of BFX coin has popped up recently and is slowly getting a lot of traction. It is yet another scam coin by a small company in India that claims to do this and that but in reality offers nothing. Just like ATC coin that took money of many people who wanted to get-rich-quick, the BFX coin wants to do the same. The company is operating from Delhi, India while it has its headquarters stated elsewhere – just the ATC Coin, another scam crypto coin whose owner was recently caught by Indian police.

So if you have bitcoin on bittrex during the Segwit2x hard fork block 494784 in mid-November, you will be getting equivalent amount of coins in 1:1 basis. For instance, if you have 1 btc, you get one B2X coin. Deposits and withdrawals will be disabled 24 hours prior to Segwit2x fork. All incoming withdrawals will not be credited and bitcoin wallet will remain closed until hard fork has completed. You will still be able to trade.

MalwareBytes has added BitConnect website to the list of its blocked sites. One of the users enquired about this on Malwarebytes’ website thinking it could be a false positive but the staff member immediately responded by saying “fortunately, this is not a fp (fake positive)”, implying that the BitConnect’s website is indeed harmful for the users. Bitconnect crypto coin has been getting a lot of heat lately. Bitconnect has been deemed as Ponzi scheme. It promises its users 500 percent return in cash. In addition, users also get guaranteed profit of over 90 percent. The team promises users there is no risk of loss which raised quite a few eye brows.

India is on the verge of imposing a Chinese-style crypto currency ban for bitcoins and altcoins. Bitcoin, which is around 0.49 million rupees in India is growing in popularity at an amazing rate and being used for terrorist activities and black money, as said in this article by economic times. This ban will directly affect bitcoin dealers like unocoin, bitxoxo, zebpay and so on. It is not clear whether the ban will affect crypto currency exchanges or not but it looks like it will.

Dr Julian, Co-founder of TenX has confirmed that his company has indeed signed a partnership with the Wirecard to issue credit cards. While TenX is yet to make a public announcement about it, Dr Julian has confirmed in a reddit thread stating that this partnership will allow them to get the cards available worldwide. However, they do not have a concrete timeline regarding this. TenX is expected to make an announcement about this soon.
