It’s often when we see websites and twitter accounts getting hacked. Earlier today, someone hacked Robinhood’s twitter account and announced RBH token. The tweet said “reminder, we are launching our new token RBH in the Binance Smart Chain. Will be live at 12AM EST and you can be amount the first to buy at starting price of $0.0005.” As you can already make out, there are many grammar mistakes which are not common on Robinhood’s twitter account.

Earlier today, we saw Fantom Foundation using their official wallets to purchase tokens of several projects deployed on Fantom blockchain. This included 32000 BOO, 530,000 BEETS, 1,200,000 GEIST, 4800 MMY and 1900 EQUAL tokens. Most of them were then staked by the foundation, for instance they exchanged BOO for xBOO.

Binance cryptocurrency exchange announced on their website that they will be delisting MITH. While the Mithiril developers are not complaining about that, they are asking the crypto exchange to return their deposit which was whopping 200,000 BNB. This BNB, according to the MITH developers would help Mithril to operate in coming future.
(more…)Bybit reduces withdrawal limit for non KYC users
Starting December 15th 2022, non KYC users will be able to withdraw mere $20000 unless they opt for KYC (know your customer). Previously, this was 2 BTC, which is about $34000 right now. Most of the centralized cryptocurrency exchanges have enforced compulsory KYC on their platforms and Bybit was one of few to allow users to withdraw without doing any sort of KYC.

Myriad community members have reported they not able to withdraw from Coinlist, which is largest crypto crowdfunding platform. Reason given by Coinlist? Their custody partner is undergoing maintenance from past one week.
