DPRK.arc minted North Korean NFT to Circle’s CEO address
Arc scan, a blockchain explorer shows that dprk.arc minted propaganda NFT to Jeremy Allaire, the CEO of Circle. The allegations come from popular blockchain detective, ZachXBT, who commented on Jeremy’s tweet where he mentions he has been named to the TIME100 for the year 2026.

The NFT looks amazing. It says “sponsored by Lazarus Group” and calls the CEO “Supreme Leader Jeremy“. All this can be publicly verified on Arcscan’s test name page.
How come the Arc block explorer shows that dprk.arc minted this North Korean propaganda NFT to your public address jerallaire.arc?

The question is why did he receive such a custom-designed NFT from the official DPRK address. Does he have any links with DPRK?

Does this means Circle launders money for the North Korean regime?

On-chain ‘dusting’ and propaganda NFTs are becoming the new front for social engineering. Even CEOs aren’t immune to having their public addresses targeted. The lack of privacy on public explorers is a feature for sleuths like Zach, but a massive bug for everyone else.
